Customer Service Officer
To strengthen our Customer Service team we are looking for a person who has an excellent predisposition to relationship with customers. The customer service agent is the person responsible for customer relationship activities who is responsible for providing pre-sales support and managing customer orders.
The requirements we are looking for:
- Good experience as a seller of sporting goods for the mountains
- Knowledge of the products and the world of the mountains
- Excellent knowledge of Italian and English
- Availability to work remotely
- Excellent self-management skills
Junior Content Manager
Our catalogogo prodotti is always growing and we need to dedicate a person to the creation of the contents of our site.
The requirements we are looking for:
- Knowledge of the products and the world of the mountains
- Excellent knowledge of Italian and English and preferential knowledge of a third language
- Excellent knowledge of IT tools and in particular of Office tools
- Availability to work remotely
- Excellent self-management skills
