Loyalty Points

You can check your loyalty points in the "My account" section. Here you can click on "My loyalty points", in this section you will see the total points accumulated with the various orders.

In the lower part you will see an inscription "transform my points into a voucher of x €", by clicking on this link the points will be transformed into a discount voucher that you will always find in the "My account" section by clicking on "my vouchers".
Here you will find the coupon code to use in the cart, together with the other coupons.
Points are credited after the order goes into "delivered" status.


If you are a private individual, as an e-commerce store we do not issue invoices but our order confirmation that you have already received by email for the management of the guarantee will be valid.
If you have a PI, the invoice must be requested together with the order by entering all the necessary information such as SDI or PEC in order to send the invoice to the Revenue Agency.

Product availability

When you see the label "available" it means that the product is present in our warehouse and therefore ready for shipment. When instead you see "Available in x days" it means that it is not in our warehouse but we have to reorder it from the manufacturer, and x is the average supply time from that manufacturer. In any case, our Customer Service will write to you to confirm the expected arrival times of the ordered material.


Purchases on MontainGear360 are guaranteed by the possibility of returning the product within 60 days from the date of your purchase.
You can make a return for any reason for example, wrong size, color, the product is simply different from what you expected.

All returned products must be shipped without damaging the content and its original packaging.
