The Vertix 2 is able to connect to the five largest satellite systems (GPS, GLONASS, Galileo, QZSS and Beidou) at the same time. It also offers Dual Frequency satellite communication: a fast mode that allows for a better and faster signal and was previously only available for dedicated aviation products.
The Vertix 2 offers the longest battery life ever seen in a GPS watch. With a duration of 140 hours with the standard GPS function activated and 60 days with normal use
