The Stalker crampon stands out for its perfect adaptability to modern mountaineering boots, guaranteeing the performance and reliability that only a 12-point crampon can offer; it is therefore ideal for making outings on snow and glaciers in complete safety.
Classic NiCrMo steel construction stands for durability.
The universal lacing consists of attachments in flexible thermoplastic material on the heel and toe to optimize the fit on most boots (including hiking boots).
The integrated antibott with active action effectively prevents the formation of the hoof.
The colors are coordinated with those of the Neve ice axe.
Compared to the previous model, the new Stalker is lighter, the plastic parts have been improved to guarantee greater longevity and the antibott has been improved and made softer to better discharge the snow.
The drawstring is in tubular webbing and the connecting rod is extremely flexible to guarantee the best fit even with non-rigid boots.
Includes crampon bag.
The crampons offer three different lacing systems to best adapt to each type of boot and to ensure maximum performance in each specific situation.
The semi-automatic fastening, with universal front coupling in thermoplastic material and automatic heel unit, is instead suitable for boots without a notch-housing on the toe (even semi-rigid ones). It is an excellent compromise for technical mountaineering, combining the safety and stability of automatic fastening with the possibility of use on boots which, without the notch on the toe, are more precise in rock climbing.
The universal fastening, with both hooks (toe and heel) in thermoplastic material, finally allows you to fix the crampons on all boots, even flexible ones. This is an excellent solution for classic mountaineering but not recommended, given the need for the most precise and stable fastening possible, both for technical climbing and for ski mountaineering.
