Petzl - PUR'ICE blade, spare part

Designed for ice axes with modular heads, the PUR'ICE blade is specially designed for ice climbing. It guarantees excellent ice penetration and great ease of extraction. Knurled at the top, the blade guarantees stable support when the ice ax is in the inverted position.

Description

• Excellent ice penetration:
  - blade sharpened 3 mm at the front,
  - reduced blade height,
  - possibility of adapting balancing masses to optimize the balance of the ice ax.
• Ease of extraction:
  - specific blade profile,
  - sharp top edge to better cut ice,
  - lower beveled teeth.
• Knurled at the top for effective use when the ice ax is in the inverted position:
  - stable support to go up the snowy slopes,
  - handle of the ice ax protected from humidity.
• Compatible with SUM'TEC, QUARK, NOMIC and ERGONOMIC ice axes.
