The Photon Express KS Mixte is characterized by the combination of two carabiners at the top for their specific functions. The Photon straight gate is super light and features the patented SphereLock geometry which optimizes the gate-carabiner play to the advantage of safety, while the Photon Wire, thanks to the perfect gate tension and the wide opening, ensures exceptional fluidity when clipping.

The functionality of the quickdraw is enhanced by the 25 mm tapered sling, available in two lengths (11 and 18 cm), which offers excellent grip when working routes.

The lower connector is held in place by the integrated Karstop Evo.

Karstop Evo

Maximum stability with the integrated Karstop Evo. The quickdraws with Dyon, Photon and Nano 22 carabiners are equipped with slings equipped with Karstop Evo carabiner holder.
Also in this area, the technicians of our R&D Center (Research and Development) have managed to find the way for innovation, creating a new concept Karstop in TPU (thermoplastic polyurethane), integrated into the webbing and therefore extremely effective, functional with all the connectors and immovable.
The Karstop Evo, whose contact surface with the carabiner is as wide as possible, equal to that of the loop on the sling, is inserted into the sling itself before sewing, becoming one with it for unprecedented stability.
The particular design of the Karstop Evo also guarantees a longer life of the sling, effectively protecting it in the event of rubbing against the rock.
