The Peak Light 38S backpack has been designed for light hiking and very functional for mountaineers with a short back with stature under 165 cm.

The PEAK LIGHT 38 backpack by Ortovox is a featherweight of alpine backpacks and is an ideal companion for demanding high mountain excursions. It is extremely light, technical and particularly functional thanks to the new SWISSWOOL TEC-KNIT back system for temperature management. With a volume of 38 liters, the backpack offers enough space for multi-day excursions in the high mountains without sacrificing comfort.

The PEAK LIGHT 38 S backpack for high mountain excursions has been specially designed for the needs of people with shorter backs, ensuring an optimal fit. Thanks to the processing of 420D Oxford nylon, a material particularly resistant to tearing and friction; the backpack is at the same time very robust and extremely light. Nylon fabric is one of the lightest materials used for our backpacks. The material is also water repellent thanks to its PU coating.

The new triangle structure of the lid allows for variable adjustment in rope postage and more without moving. The lid is completely removable or stowable in the main compartment. Even when stowed in the main compartment, the lid hinge can continue to be opened without any problem. The lid has two compartments. The glued seams make the lid completely waterproof.

The SWISSWOOL-TEC-KNIT BACK PROTECTOR is synonymous with the innovative synthesis between a technical foam back and hot-pressed Swiss wool and covered with a highly technological 3D knit fabric. The wool compresses are used in zones in the areas of contact with the back and store large amounts of moisture without giving the sensation of being wet.
