The AVABAG LiTRIC FREERIDE 18 by Ortovox is a backpack with avalanche airbag designed specifically for off-piste.

Whether it's spending a day in the fresh snow near the slopes or tackling freeride tours of several days, depending on your needs you can combine AVABAG LiTRIC FREERIDE and TOUR zip bindings of different sizes on a single BASE. The zipper is designed so that the different stowage bags and the base combine perfectly.

The BASE with backrest and airbag system of AVABAG LiTRIC FREERIDE 18 adheres perfectly to the back allowing at the same time a great freedom of movement thanks to the CLASP BACK SYSTEM, equipped with soft back pads, a wide and flexible waist belt and comfortable shoulder straps. It is compatible with CLASP SPINE PROTECTOR, available separately.

Furthermore, the functionalities of the stowage bag are tailor-made for freeride: the attachment for skis, snowboards and ice axes as well as a holder for the helmet and quick access to the main compartment leave nothing to be desired. The emergency equipment can be fixed in the main compartment thanks to special material holder rings.
